Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions. The Supplier Management Supply Chain division (SM SCO) is responsible for the global supplier management process and tools.
Indirect Materials & Services are categorised into four categories Facilities Management, Human Resource & Professional Services, Maintenance Repair & Operations and Marketing & Communication.
Our ambition is to globally develop and implement category strategies, leverage on our total volumes and move spend into standard contracts. We work close together with the local business, coordinating our sourcing projects according to a standard process.
We are looking for a Supply Coordinator who will manage a set of various sourcing and administrative tasks to support our central indirect team. We are working in a highly project influenced environment. We offer an exciting position that contains diversified tasks and requires a high level of structure and flexibility.
This position is a temporary 1-year contract based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Support Master Data accuracy of the global suppliers, contracts and materials
• Gather and analyze data, and support Category Management and Project Leaders with global cost, spend and KPI follow-up
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure interaction point trough communication and networking
Publiceringsdatum2012-03-09KvalifikationerTo be successful in this position you need to be self-motivated with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the organization. You have great communication skills and experience in working in an international team. You bring a strong sense of structure and responsibility to the position and can work independently.
You have a University degree within Finance or Supply Management and 3-5 years experience of working with similar tasks in a Supply Chain or Finance department in a global organization.
Your English and Swedish language skills are excellent and you are an advanced user of MS Office - in particular Excel and Power Point. Previous experience in using SAP, SharePoint and Visio is highly merited.
