hela Sverige Academic Resource are now searching for a supply chain support to join the team at Circassia. Our client is a world-class specialty pharmaceutical business focused on respiratory disease. In this role you will create and provide POs to suppliers based on decision at the monthly production plan meeting. As a part of the team you will create and execute sales quotes, sales orders, return orders and invoices. The position is located in Uppsala and it is a full time consulting assignment. Our client prefers that you start the position immediately and continue the assignment until the end of august.

The Company recently established a collaboration with AstraZeneca in the US in which it promotes the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) treatment Tudorza®, and has the US commercial rights to late-stage COPD product Duaklir®.

• Create and provide POs to suppliers based on decision at the monthly Production plan meeting.
• Logging and archiving of communication with suppliers and order handling in the ERP system.
• Create and execute sales quotes, sales orders, return orders and invoices.
• Logging and archiving of customer communication and order handling in the ERP system.
• Delivery planning and follow up on delivery lead-time
• Report all deviations within Supply Chain in Pilgrim or to management
• Support other functions regarding purchasing, quotations, sales orders and shipments
• All operation is performed in accordance with Circassia policies and processes
• Continuous improvement of the operation
• Govern activities in accordance to budget limitations
Other Responsibilities
• Execute purchase orders in accordance with Circassia authorization manual
• Execute sales orders in accordance with Circassia authorization manual
• Ensure archiving and maintenance of operation records
• Approve expenses in accordance with Circassia authorization manual
• Monitor inventory levels in dialogue with Senior Director of Technical Operations
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Your profile
This job position prefers a postsecondary education in Economics and / or Administration.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a field such as customer support and / or order management. Experience in archiving and maintenance of operation records. Working knowledge of quotations, delivery planning and shipments. Furthermore excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. We are looking for a person who has demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and accomplish project goals. In this role you are flexible to adapt to changing circumstances and manage activities to meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on Support and Customer Service.
