hela Sverige Adecco Life Science is looking for a newly graduated pharmacist to join AstraZeneca as a Supply Chain Study Manager Associate in Gothenburg!
This is a consultant assignment aimed to start October 1st and proceed until August 31st 2018.

The Supply Chain Study Manager is a key role within R&D Supply Chain. The team manage the supply chain for a portfolio of global clinical studies across all phases within a drug development programme. The Supply Chain Study Managers works in collaboration with customer functions to influence and manage demand for individual studies, and is responsible for their supply chain deliverables
We are now seeking 1-2 Supply Chain Study Manager Associate to support the Supply Chain Study Manager teams to ensure the delivery of study material and associated information to meet the agreed demand from the Clinical Study Team.
Major Responsibilities:
Within this role the Study Manager Associate can support global Supply Chain Study Management teams with task based activities including:
* LRA label creation
* Electronic Trial Master File documentation archiving
* Temperature Control Monitor tracking
* Smart Supplies forecasting
* ANGEL documentation uploading
* Packing order creation
* Act as support for a Supply Chain Study Manager representative for less complex studies or studies that have completed recruitment with minimal change and re supply activities.
* Maintain supplies by proactively managing the demand, updating forecasts and executing plans.
* Work with multiply customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
* Capable to use IRT system for management of study material.
* Proactively co-ordinate close out activities including stock destruction, Archiving etc.
* Follow SHE and GMP standards, and is personally accountable for these areas within own work plans.
Preferred Minimum Education/Experience:
* Demonstrable Aptitude for systems (MS Office)
* Proven customer service skills
* Highly Organised
* Proven ability to self-manage and motivate.
* Knowledge of GMP standards
* Knowledge of Clinical Development processes relevant to the supply of clinical materials.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
