Epishine was founded on the basis of more than 30 years of research in organic electronics, photovoltaics and the development of our breakthrough manufacturing process within printed indoor solar cells. As Epishine's Supply Chain Coordinator your role will be to define, develop and improve our supply chain processes and tasks, as well as perform the tasks required within operative purchasing, material planning, goods receiving, warehousing and shipping. This means that you will be:
• placing, administrating and coordinating purchase orders to secure availability of raw materials
• receiveing and recording incoming goods and transactions in and out from warehouse and shipping
• preparing, packing and administrating outgoing orders
• following up on incoming and outgoing shipments
• communicating with relevant stakeholders any issues that are related to incoming goods, such as late or faulty deliveries
• collaborating closely with our Production Function Leader to secure an efficient production
You will also be working continuously with the improvement and optimization of the processes. You will be part of our Operations Function, and report to our Operations Function Leader. With your contribution, Epishine will be able to keep growing and work towards our vision to be at the forefront of printed, organic solar cells!
Who are we looking for?
For this role, we value your experience in a similar role where you have gained practical knowledge in working with supply chain processes, including purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and related functions. If you have an educational background in logistics or purchasing, it would be advantageous. Proficiency in Office tools is expected, and effective communication in English is essential. Knowledge of Swedish would be a plus!
Moreover, your interest in developing and improving impactful processes enables you to exert a positive influence on the organization. Your dedication to working independently in a structured and hands-on manner ensures that your tasks are meticulously planned and executed with utmost efficiency.
