hela Sverige Ryska Posten Bemanning is looking for a supply chain coordinator for an international design company. The position is full-time consultant assignment starting immediately.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company is a direct-to-consumer design brand challenging the old-fashioned furniture industry on a global scale. Together with leading designers and renowned manufacturers, the company crafts iconic products for homes and workplaces all around the world.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR ARE:
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly; schedule transports from factories to warehouses, follow-up on inbound receival, plan outbound shipments and make sure clients are pleasantly surprised by the companys last mile delivery, secure transport documentation for monthly reporting
• Follow-up on logistic partners' weekly performance and KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities
• Be the key figure in the dialog and information flow between the logistic providers and the internal Customer facing teams
• Guarantee procurement and stock related data (lead time, quantity incoming) is up- to-date, accurate, and accessible across all systems and teams
• Drive Operational improvement projects to gradually improve both internal and external processes to maximize team and customer satisfaction
• Assist in improving the customer experience journey - implementing new ways for last mile services, entering new markets etc.
IMPORTANT FOR THE ROLE:
• Fluent in English
• Profficient in Microsoft Office
• You have a post graduate education within a relevant subject e.g. logistics or similar combined with relevant work experience.
• You have a minimum 2 years of experience working in supply chain or similar responsibility.
• You have a strong analytical, data driven and systems mind with capability to master complexity. You are very good at structuring, analyzing and understanding data and ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure/demanding timelines.
ABOUT YOU:
• The role is tactical and operational, hence you needs to be great at executing and doing.
• The role is the communication 'bridge' between the European team and the US- team, hence you need to have good skills in communicating.
• You are used to work with multiple processes, has relevant project management experience and great skills in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
• You have an analytic and structured way of working with a strong business acumen
• You are prone to change and driven by your will to change and implement improvements.
• Having international experience is a plus.
As a person, you are hands on, take initiatives and contribute with your own ideas and suggestions to develop and improve current processes. You get motivated by achieving results and enjoy fast progress. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and enjoy cooperating with your colleagues spread out over the globe, whilst you can also find comfort in working independently. You are communicative with both internal and external contacts. You always ensure good quality in your work as well as work proactively
The position is a good fit for you with a proven track-record within Supply Chain and loves the coordinating aspects of the job. You are structured and a prioritization pro that can navigate complex and unforeseen situations side-by-side with amazing team members.
