We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator Key Account to support one of our key account clients in all steps from order to delivery. This is permanent employment, starting as soon as possible.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator Key Account, you have a very important role in all steps from order to delivery and follow-up for one of our key account clients. You will together with another colleague form the team for this specific client and work towards both external and internal stakeholders. You coordinate and take care of all matters regarding our client who has factories all over the world. You will have the daily contact with the factories and among other things answer to order requests, about stock and delivery times, forecasts and follow-up after sales. Not the least you'll in your daily work investigate and solve all type of problems that will turn up. You are the hub of contact both internally and externally and handle a large network of contacts involving production, delivery planning and logistics.
Your location will be Skoghall Mill. You will be working in the Packaging Materials Division and report to Manager Supply Chain Coordinator Key Accounts.
Who are we looking for?
In order to succeed in this role, you have some experience from customer service, sales, warehouse operation or another relevant field where you've had to handle many points of contacts and administrative tasks. Your proficiency is based on a University degree in Engineering or Economics preferably towards Logistics, Supply Chain Management, B2B, Sales & Marketing or another relevant area. Experience in working in Fenix, Power BI, Sales Force, Celonis and OMP is an asset but not a requirement.
As a person you are a social and humble team player that handle your work in a structured way. We value your ability to prioritize and keep calm when making decisions, even when the information is incomplete and time limited. You always listen and hear people out and with your great problem-solving skills you see changes as new possibilities. You are a great communicator with excellent negotiation skills, and you communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
