Your key responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to plan/manage sales orders and to solve order cases together with front office, production units and warehouses. The main focus is to deliver excellent performance in the operation in accordance with our customer promises.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage sales orders to meet our customers' requested delivery dates
• Monitor and administrate order in various order processes; e.g. return, resale, order re-acknowledgement, order changes, delivery stop according to MAS and PRD process guidelines
• Manage and solve order cases from the customer/market unit/warehouse/production within the global supply chain network
• Manage order backlogs from productions units and warehouses and timely inform order delays to Front Office
• Monitor inbound shipments to warehouse
• Manage customer unique supply chain order solutions
• Act proactively and initiate corrective actions in order to provide a high delivery precision to customers
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in daily operations

Qualifications & Essential Skills
• University degree in appropriate academic qualification or equivalent experience within supply chain management
• High customer focus
• Skilled in communication
• Being a team player able to build strong long-term relations and networks
• Ability to drive for improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge in ERP system eg. JD Edwards E1 is a merit
