Your Role
In the role of Supply Chain Controller, you will be at the front of analyzing and improving Supply Chain Management within Alleima's Tube Division globally to optimize capital efficiency and profitability.
Here's some of your responsibilities:
Overseeing the global Tube Supply Chain, coordinating activities, and leading improvement initiatives.
Lead the work with developing our planning systems within Tube Division.
Play a key role in coordinating and developing inventory control and establishing a common best practice for planning.
You will collaborate closely with our production and sales units worldwide, providing support and expertise in logistics development and technical support to establish "One Way of Working" within our planning systems, ensuring a unified approach and enhanced efficiency in lead times, net working capital (NWC), and capacity utilization.
About You
We are looking for someone with a relevant education at university level, preferably in Supply Chain Management, or alternatively a few years of work experience from similar positions. You are skilled in analyzing data, drawing insights, and clearly communicating them to help us make informed decisions and keep improving. A good knowledge of Excel is a prerequisite, and you should have basic knowledge of the rest of the office suite. Previous experience from working with planning systems is advantageous and specific knowledge from M3 is a benefit.

You enjoy being the specialist and taking on the project leading role, sharing knowledge, and leading change. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders across logistics, sales, and finance to implement projects and drive improvements. This, combined with experience in logistics planning and planning systems, will be key to our joint success.
As the role includes continuous dialogue both nationally and internationally fluency in English is required, with Swedish proficiency being a plus.
