The Operations function is responsible for Sourcing, S&OP, Manufacturing and Logistics within the Husqvarna Division. Our mission is to operate, develop and digitalize our end-to-end supply chain that is
reliable, agile, sustainable and meets customers' expectations. The S&OP function is responsible for supply chain planning, supply chain execution and the S&OP process as well as the development of these areas.
We are now looking to reinforce our capability to serve our professional Customers as well as our online Customers and are therefore hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to the S&OP department.

You will be part of one of the S&OP departments but work with all departments within the S&OP function, within Operations and with our Sales teams. The S&OP team is a diverse, collaborative and solution oriented team that always seeks the Customer's point of view.

Your tasks
Develop networks within operations and sales teams to establish effective cooperation to improve performance of our end to end supply chain serving professional and online customer segments.
Create and use a reporting system for proactively tracking our performance, securing that the product is available as promised. These reports will cover both demand (forecast and order status) and supply (production and inventory status) to ensure correct balance is maintained.
In case of deviations, drive root-cause analysis and use other continuous improvement tools in order for us to implement corrective actions, create trust and secure future success.
Secure that all relevant stakeholders proactively have the information required to deliver to promise.
Your profile
In order for you to succeed in this role we see that you are a target oriented person that has a structured approach in your work. You should have the ability to analyze much data but also have the interest to find solutions to potential challenges or findings.
Other requirements for the role:
Experience, about 5 years, of working in the field of Supply Chain
Bachelor's degree from a relevant field
Good English skills, written and spoken
It's a merit if you have:
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Power BI and analytical programs
Any education/experience within project management
