Job Summary
Would you like to join Tetra Pak becoming a Supplier Quality Analyst & Process Driver within Supplier Quality & Food Safety Department?
Within Processing Solutions and Equipment, Supplier Quality and Food Safety department supports process and project competencies including development and provision of enabling procedures, standard and tools. It leads the consolidation, management and reporting of quality key measures and other quality performance data, to enable fact-based communication and decision making.
As a Supplier Quality Analyst & Process Driver you will develop and maintain enabling department procedures and standards related to the main processes and tools in use (eg, PPAP, Manufacturing Validation, FAI, ISO standard compliancy, TI/CI processes, etc) as well as develop associated training material and facilitate training delivery within the team. You will also collect, analyse and report the key quality indicators from the different sources to assure and drive the continuous improvement activities.
The position is based in Lund (Sweden) or Modena (Italy) and reports to the Manager Quality Management & Process Excellence
What you will do
Contribute to internal competence networks in the Process community being the process driver of Supplier Quality and Food Safety department;
Maintain knowledge about external standards and regulations. Plan and coordinate ISO audits and be the contact person towards certifying body
Benchmark procedures, standards and tools. Standardize, based on business best practices and optimizations / improvements of the routines and functionalities in the system
Consolidate, analyse and report quality key performance indicators from multiple sources to enable continuous improvement activities and assess effectiveness of solutions
Initiate and drive special projects based on department needs
Propose and implement new tools to analyse KPI's
Liaise on quality performance trends and issues with other quality functions cross organisationally
Drive continuous improvement projects to constantly make our processes more efficient
We believe you have
Education and Languages
You have a University degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or similar. A previous experience with World Class Manufacturing or other continuous
improvement systems is highly appreciated. You also own supplier quality and project management experience which is a plus. For the position,
excellence in spoken and written English and MS Office is a must.
Personal Qualifications
As a person you have excellent analytical skills. You are results oriented, with the ability to use organizational skills and a structured approach to accomplish your tasks. You have good communication and networking skills, you are supportive and able to manage several stakeholders across functions and cultures.
