Are you a passionate Subsystem Developer ready to make an impact in the automotive industry? Join our dynamic team at Zeekr, where you'll be at the forefront of innovation in passive safety functionality.
This is what you will do most of the time:
Collaborate to break down allocated function realization requirements into subsystem level requirements for suppliers' software development.
Own and maintain the system plan, ensuring the fulfillment of release plans for each project.
Provide a high-level, cross-functional view within the team and across other teams/subsystems to achieve passive safety functionality.
Stay updated on software development progress, both in-house and with external suppliers.
Follow up on progress with all involved departments, reporting back to the team lead and module team director for Safety & Comfort.
Work closely with Passive Safety team members and other roles for seamless integration and cooperation.
Engage with internal and external engineering teams worldwide, fostering multicultural understanding for successful outcomes.
You have probably done something like this:
Minimum 5 years' proven experience in system development within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in requirement management tools such as System Weaver.
Ability to manage tasks independently, drive issues with energy, and report status transparently.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Experience in passive safety is highly appreciated.
Willingness to travel internationally, including China, for 1-2 weeks at a time, a few times per year.
Valid driving license.

Proactive in collaborating with other departments and stakeholders within the Geely group and suppliers.
High responsibility, capable of driving tasks independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
Experienced in working with Chinese and/or international teams.
Curious and interested in challenging problem-solving.
