As Strategy and Performance Manager in Nordic Towers you will have the opportunity to work with and drive the strategic and business performance agenda. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify and follow-up growth and efficiency opportunities, assess market trends, and develop innovative strategies that drive our business objectives.
As a Strategy and Performance Manager you will be a part of the Nordic Towers finance team. Together with the team, some of your key deliverables will be to facilitate and drive the strategy and performance management processes across the Nordic tower operations. Furthermore, you will facilitate the pan-Nordic risk management process in cooperation with management as well as support the three operating companies.
Some of your main responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate the annual strategy process and related workshops including document and develop the strategy and ensure alignment with Telenor Group's strategic direction.
Develop and maintain a scorecard structure consisting of a holistic KPI set reflecting strategic and operational ambitions.
Develop and maintain structure for risk management and strategy implementation and follow-up, performance, and risk management across Nordic Towers.
Proactively prepare strategic and/or operational analysis, observations, and recommendations to the management team.
Drive and/or participate in business development activities, support to management team and local operating companies on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., preparations for Board meetings or similar).
Preferred qualifications and experience:
Master's degree within business or finance.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge using MS-Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Interest in the drivers behind business performance and value creation in a broader context.
Excellent communications skills balancing high-level communication with the required level of accuracy.
Proficiency in English language, both oral and written.
Proactive and interact effectively with key stakeholders, preferably from a complex organization.

This position can be based in either Norway, Sweden or Finland.
Some travelling might be required.
