hela Sverige Are you enthusiastic about being part of shaping corporate products? Join Swedbank's Common Products Team as a Strategic Business Analyst. In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products Sweden.
Work in a dynamic product area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
Drive and support the development of Corporate Connect solutions that align with Swedbank's common product strategy.
Ensure business requirements are well-understood, testable, and aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
Work cross-functionally with teams across the bank, contributing to project planning and implementation.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product specialists and IT teams and other stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirements.
What is needed in this role: Demonstrated experience from the payment area, preferably from the financial sector.
Understanding of product lifecycle management and advantage to have experience from agile methodologies.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services or digital product development.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and self-initiative skills.
Analytical skills, attention to details, and a problem-solving mindset.
Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
To be great team player and have a structured way of working.
Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
