We are now looking for a Product Manager to join the Webshop team their mission is to Help Users get set up with the right hardware, so that they can focus on running their business.

The Webshop team lives within the Activation area. Here were our focus is to get new users activated so that they can start selling and get paid as quickly as possible. We do across three teams: Public web, Webshop and setup. Our goal it to turn our visitors into engaged everyday customers.

Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you own the vision and roadmap for the Webshop within the Activation product area. You own the prioritization of new features and enhancements, and you are responsible for communicating and coordinating those priorities across the organization.
In this role, you will be a main contributor to the development of Zettle's next generation omni-channel merchant experience, as Zettle becomes an integrated solution to the PayPal commerce platform. This requires a clear customer 1st approach, while guiding product development teams in creating scalable solutions and platforms that meets business requirements both in the short term and long term.

Know your customers: Understand small business merchants' current and future pains & drivers and turn that knowledge into product opportunities. Understand reporting, reconciliation, and other financial processes and create solutions that automates them.
Vision, strategy and prioritisation: You are responsible for setting the product future and roadmap. In doing so, you need to understand "what is important" and contribute to making the right choices and priorities.
Communication: You are responsible that your vision, roadmap and priorities are well grounded and communicated to all relevant stakeholders, primarily other product teams, compliance and security stakeholders, finance and treasury functions, and leaders within Zettle and the PayPal enterprise. You will be required to collaborate with geographically distributed teams in different time zones.
Grow yourself and the team: Being a Product Manager requires a strong self-confidence as well as the ability to influence, lead, and inspire other individuals. This job is an ever-ongoing journey of dialog, discovery, and learning.

Who you are:
A successful candidate should demonstrate a thorough domain interest in financial services E-commerce, with a track record of developing scalable solutions. You are proactive and highly self-sufficient, you thrive in fast moving environments, and you inspire and lead people through change.
The skills that set you apart
1-3 years experience as a product manager.
A proven track record of optimizing E-commerce products
Thorough understanding of agile software development processes, data-driven development, and responsible experimentation. Experience from Jira / Atlassian is a plus.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak fluently to engineers, UX designers, business managers and partners.
Strong interpersonal skills and happy to work in a team environment.
