hela Sverige We are looking for Spare Parts Engineer ? Brakes, Steering & Suspension domain to join our dynamic and diverse team at Gothenburg. We need a talented individual who can think outside the box and balance the hard processes of practical and specific demands from the product and technology perspective with the soft processes of creative thinking. Bringing design solutions that respond to the market and customer needs with a vision of being the most desired and successful transport solution provider in the world.
We offer you the opportunity to be involved from concept phase, right through to production and beyond, where you are the link between Product Planning, Design, Commercial, Procurement, Service and Repair engineering departments.
You are responsible and accountable for representing Aftermarket technical & commercial functions in product development life cycle to design, develop and deliver optimized spare parts assortment enabling uptime for customers and in turn secure excellent aftermarket business throughout life time of the truck.
The ideal candidate needs to have dynamic ability to communicate to a diverse audience and to contribute to secure optimal spare parts solution for profitable aftermarket business and provide end customer high Uptime, Quality and Cost.
You should have at least 5 years proven experience in the automotive industry, fluent in English (oral and written), and thrive on being part of global and multi-disciplinary team. You possess strong business and continuous improvement mindset and are able to prioritize your work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, always strive to be part of finding solutions.
You have a Masters Degree or equivalent in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
