The vision of Norabay AB is to deliver pure Scandinavian and Swedish high-quality products to our customers. Currently Norabay is running two retailing stores in Stockholm down town: Dignity and Noracare. Dignity is a High End Luxury Jewelry brand store focusing on top-class global clients. The Dignity chain store in Sweden was open in spring 2014 located in the old town of Stockholm. To further develop the business in 2019, we are looking for a part-time sales assistant, who are caring, warm, friendly, energetic, and, of course, with passion in the fashion business! Essentially, we are looking for someone who will fit our team and provide our international clients an enjoyable customer service.
Job description
The main job responsibility is selling and servicing customers in the store with positive and constructive attitude, which includes displaying jewelry and gems, advising customers on quality, cuts, or value of jewelry and gems and in selecting mountings or settings for gems, and delivering a positive customer shopping experience. Together with your colleagues, you will also take part in the store's processes such as:
• work in the cash desk
• receiving product deliveries
• organization of products shelves
• maintaining the store's image
The ultimate goal of the team is to provide a fresh and well-organized shop for our customers and accomplish a pleasant sales outcome.
This part-time job lasts from now until the end of October 2019 with two weeks probation. Work hours often include weekends. Excellent performance of duties will be considered for a long-term contract.
Requirements:
Succeeding in the position means you are/have
• Very flexible work hour with a short notice
• Decent appearance and manner.
• Results-oriented, strong intercultural communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a consistent work ethic and willingness to learn
• Fluent English skill is required. Fluent Chinese will be considered as a big plus.
• Prior retail and sales experience are preferred, but not required.
