We have development and support centers reaching from Japan in the East to the US in the West and employees in India, Poland, Sweden, China, France, Japan, UK, Brazil, Belgium and the US.

The Solution Center Volvo Trucks Marketing & Sales is responsible for the solutions and projects covering the Truck Sales Process (TSP) all the way from Marketing and Customer Relationship Management to Sales and Order Management.
We are now looking for a Solution Leader CRM & Marketing
In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager CRM and be part of the Solution Leader network for Volvo Trucks Sales Solutions.
Position description
As the Solution Leader you will have to directly full E2E operational responsibility for the CRM and Marketing solutions used by Volvo Trucks. For new development and solution roadmaps you will be working close with Volvo Trucks on the priorities. De delivery team is to 80% located in China. The remaining part is basically delivered from Sweden. The role also includes close cooperation with concerned suppliers like Superoffice and Adobe.
Your responsibilities includes:
Key User collaboration
Running Solution Management meetings
Vendor Management
Solution budgeting, forecasting and quality
Together with Volvo Trucks build roadmaps and other plans
Travel required: occasional

In this role you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. It is important that you have a driving and creative mind-set in order to inspire and challenge the delivery team as well business stakeholders. You also have a true "can do"- attitude, a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your solutions, understanding how these contribute to our vision, strategy and roadmap.
We believe this is a position for a person that has the ability to work under flexible and self-supportive conditions and to create a successful working climate in these situations. As a person you have a broad domain know-how combined with very good collaboration skills and you have a strong ability to work with key users out in the dealerships all the way to management in Volvo HQ.
Required competencies
Proven experience as Solution Leader or Functional Leader
Experience from leading CRM and Marketing solutions e.g. marketing automation, automatic leads generation, multi-channel marketing
Technical experience to be able to drive, prioritize and guide a delivery team and manage suppliers
Used to agile ways of working e.g. SAFe and DevOps
Ability to follow and look in to the future of market trends
Relevant university degree
Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
Used to and love to work in a global multi culture environment
