Job Description

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect within the Customer Domain in the Business Tech organization and the exciting product area External and New Sales Channels. As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for the entire software life cycle - design, development, test, release and maintenance and to translate business needs into working software. Regardless of area, tools or languages, a solution architect builds and configures solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling a constant delivery pace to be kept indefinitely. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation.
The Solution Architect should believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. We believe that you are focused on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
In order to solve complex engineering problems and to ensure an aligned technology roadmap, you will tackle these challenges together with other product areas. We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path, therefore you will guide and lead the area during our ongoing transformation.

In your work it is important for you to keep it simple, be humble, open to new ideas and to contribute in technical discussions. In this role you need to have the ability to comprehend the different architectural viewpoints and identify and understand their dependencies.

Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:
Have end to end experience from e-com solutions and business processes
Architecture/Engineering experience in e-commerce expansion & implementation projects
Experience in working with remote parties and resources
Experience from agile development
Knowledge of Architecture frameworks and modelling techniques
Functional and technical architecture
Business analysis
Systems integration
Architecture and solution arch development
Technical change management
Stakeholder management
Business process management
Qualifying requirements:
Experience creating system design and models used as part of the software solutions
Experience of collaborating effectively with external partners, engineers in other Products/Areas or enabling engineering teams to solve and reduce technical dependencies
Experience having technical discussions with external partners regarding solution creation, development roadmap and backlogs
Used to facilitating agile ceremonies, development planning and discussion around MVP:s based on partner capability and architectural landscape
Experience evaluating, onboarding and maintaining external partners
Knowledge in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud environments
Knowledge of API design and integration, published API services to cloud
Know of JSON, REST, XML, HTML, JavaScript, GraphQL, REACT and Node.js
Have experience from SEO, working agile and E-commerce
Previous H&M experience

Analyze, design, develop and maintain roadmaps and implementation plans to enable future-state IT capabilities in support of driving targeted business outcomes; ensure organizational resilience, stability and operational excellence.
Provide leadership, perform facilitation and analysis and design tasks required for the development/management of technology enablement.
Develop conceptual and logical architecture designs.
Create artefacts that serve as target state guidance (reusable standards, guidelines, individual parts, and configurations) and support the domain.
