Are you an experienced professional in managing on-site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and coordination? We are seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site activities, ensuring seamless project execution and maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will:
Health & Safety Leadership: Drive a culture of safety by initiating, monitoring, and reviewing work procedures, holding toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
Project Representation: Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager during local coordination meetings.
Daily Coordination: Manage and direct on-site work with your teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Resource Planning: Identify resource gaps and collaborate with the Project Manager to address them.
Communication: Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, issues, and next steps.
Cost Management: Optimize resource use to meet profitability goals and formally address unforeseen constraints.
Quality Assurance: Audit testing forms and practices to ensure compliance with high-quality standards.
Leadership: Lead the on-site service team and vendors to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals.
Training: Organize and deliver on-site training sessions as needed.
Complaint Handling: Manage on-site complaints professionally and efficiently, involving necessary team members.

What We're Looking For:
Electrical Engineering degree
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in on-site project or service management.
Strong organizational and communication skills, including written reporting.
Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
Familiarity with safety standards, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
Ethical leadership aligned with corporate values and policies.
