Your role
We are looking for an experienced Software Configuration Manager within our product segment Driver Information. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the SW CM process and environment within one or multiple projects. Your daily work consists of setting up and maintaining automated and semi-automated systems for Continuous Integration, baselines, branch handling and software releases. We also expect you to drive and implement improvements around processes and tools within the SW CM area. Our products within Driver Information are true embedded systems for the automotive industry with powerful micro controllers and large high-resolution displays. We work with real-time OS as well as with Linux and other higher-level operating systems.
The ideal candidate we are looking for has:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computing Science
• At least two years of experience in SW CM area
• Good skills in: Git, Yocto, OpenEmbedded, Jira, Jenkins, SVN, Artifactory, Docker
• Scripting languages: VBA, Python, Perl, Bash
• Knowledge about C programming for embedded system
• Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken
• Earlier experience from the vehicle industry is a plus
• Safety-critical software development is a plus
