Do you aim to have a dynamic impact on the world?

Do you want to go beyond what's possible?

Are you up for creating solutions and solving tomorrow's problems today?

Then we have the opportunity for you!

We are looking for a competent and driven Site Performance Manager to take ownership of productivity and quality across our sites in Sweden.

Airmee is one of Europe's fastest growing logistics startups, focused on transforming last-mile delivery. Backed by some of Sweden's biggest investors and entrepreneurs, our goal is to create the best delivery experience in the world and optimize logistics to make it more efficient and environmentally sustainable. Our emphasis on speed and quality has made us the highest-rated delivery service in the Nordics. The challenge is to produce this level of service at the lowest possible cost, and that's what this role is all about.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of performance in terms of both cost and quality. This position necessitates a close attention to detail and a critical mindset, remaining vigilant when metrics and anecdotes appear contradictory. You will conduct in-depth analysis of data while spending time on the floor to pinpoint issues, identify underlying causes, and establish measures to mitigate their impact. Additionally, you will lead and manage the implementation of both technical and operational changes, affecting all sites, as well as coordinate production initiatives. The role involves overseeing the workforce at select sites and taking charge of contractual relationships with subcontractors.

You will work closely with Site Managers in Stockholm, Jönköping, Gothenburg and Malmö. This role also requires cross-functional collaboration primarily with Last Mile, Operations Solutions & Operations Development. Like all roles at Airmee, this is a very hands-on role focused solely on execution.

What are we looking for?

You are a data-driven individual that measures success based on predefined metrics. Although understanding data is a must, it cannot be done without a touch in reality. It is important to spend considerable time at the Sites managed.

Airmee's high performance bar requires that you are self-motivated, always aiming towards tangible targets and striving to constantly raise the bar.

You have a get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.

Can push us and be pushed as well without being offended. You continuously raise expectations of your own performance and those around you. We love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It's the only way to grow.

What will you be doing?

• Review KPI & metrics daily and be expected to quickly identify root causes & coordinate actions on deviations

• Set-up Checklists and develop Scorecards to let data drive your site visits across Sweden, primarily sites managed by subcontractors

• Achieve a cost-effective structure that upholds the highest standards of quality based on clear expectations and methods to follow-up performance with different types of subcontractors.

• Produce Business Case to motivate & analyze cross-functional initiatives

• Liaise with Site Managers to identify and drive standardization across all sites, such as reporting formats, training & performance follow-up

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of technical and operational changes that impact all sites, such as sorting automation, expansion, and peak season operations.

• Supervise & drive team performance on selected sites

What skills and experience do you need?

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a top tier consulting, strategy, operational and/or a leading role in a tech startup

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, economics, business administration, finance, management, or similar field (MBA a plus)

• Experience in manufacturing or process industry is a plus

• 1+ years of Experience in Performance metrics

• Fluent in Swedish and English
