In order to succeed in the role of Site Manager, you have a background from the camera industry. You should have experience to work for both Chinese company and Swedish company. You also have overall knowledge in the company operation and a good understanding of camera regarding both B2C, B2B. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Electrical Engineering
