We are now looking for a Facilities Service Manager, to join our team in Lund (HQ).
Who is your future team?
Your team, Facilities Services include reception, service desk and food and beverage, a team of approx. 12.
Facilities Services are responsible for providing and maintaining outstanding service as well as a good and stimulating work environment for all Axis employees in Sweden. Facilities Services are part of Axis Facilities Management who provide all the soft- and hard facilities functions for Axis Sweden. The Axis facilities team have several cross-functions, we work for each other and with each other.
What you'll do here as (Facilities, Service Manager)?
As a Service Manager at Axis, you will work in an international environment and meet people from all over the world. Your leadership is based on three areas: A business leader by implementing changes and having business acumen, people leader by supporting development and building functional strength and an organizational leader by enabling cooperation and being ethical.
To achieve outstanding service to our visitors and employees at Axis, you as a Service Manager is leading and coaching the team, supporting the team in changes, setting goals, developing the service functions, and supporting the team and the individual to grow with the tasks. You will work and collaborate closely with stakeholders like direct colleagues, other employees at Axis and service partners to ensure an outstanding service.
The role also includes:
* Innovating, developing and implementing changes together with the team
* Implementation of reception and/or food and beverage service in new Axis locations
* Negotiate supplier contracts and prices
* Forecast planning and cost follow-up
* Team goals and deliverables
* Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding
* Administration and documentation
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You have at least five years work experience within Facilities Management, working in a fast-paced environment. We see that you have a highly collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. We also see that you have:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English
* Proven experience from contract negotiation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint, and ability to learn new systems quickly
* University education, leadership education or vocational training in service management
