What's in it for you?

As part of the newly established Uptime Customer Care organization within Global Customer Service at Volvo Cars, you will be responsible to build up the Service experience team responsible to ensure that we deliver a hassle free customer experience both for the end user and for the agents supporting the customer.

The role is also about optimizing the business process and support our current and future business models.

You will have the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team in close collaboration with both strategy, development and market functions globally across Volvo Cars as well as with our sister brands.

Your key tasks

As manager for the Service Experience Team, your main task and responsibility will be to set the vision and structure for how we will work with customer and car handling within our care centres.

You will lead a team of service designers that will design the services and processes.

The task is also about developing new services within the area continuously based on industry trends and client demands.

You will lead ideate and adjust the service to customers' needs on specific markets.

You will work cross organisations to clarify changes in order to secure a clear and coherent strategic direction.

Drive our requirements towards other parts of the organization, deliver interfaces towards our customers and tools for our agents are also among your responsibilities.

Do you fit the profile?

We see that you have a University Degree Business or in other relevant field. Experience from working with digital development and/or customer care. We also see that you have experience in driving business transformation in large organisations with complex business environments.

Moreover, you have Management experience and have been working in a global cross-functional environment. It is also beneficial if you have experience from working with SalesForce as well as been developing new products or services before.

On a personal level

To be able to fully enjoy this position you should be ambitious, energetic and a communicative leader with an entrepreneurial and digital mind-set. Since the area is in an early phase, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy working in a changing environment. You have a natural ability to plan your and the team's work, cooperate, and follow up on deliveries.
