As our Service Desk Engineer you will troubleshoot and resolve problems for our customers and partners in the Teleopti Application Suite. Now is an excellent time to join and make your mark!
This is a highly autonomous role, with the freedom to develop and implement your ideas as part of an innovative and collaborative team.
How about the job?
• Troubleshoot integrations with external platforms such as CTI (telephony platforms), ?payroll? systems, AD etc
• Understand and give user guidance in the Teleopti product
• Actively initiate improvements regarding solution quality
• Maintain and improve skills in development techniques
How about you?
• You come from a technical background
• You have an excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
