• Be I&O:s main interface towards the Key Account Manager, the customer and I&O management to secure successful deliveries, relationships and future opportunities for growth of external business
• Lead I&O:s overall delivery commitments and delivery team towards the customer, based on agreements and expectations, both for one-time activities such as projects and orders as well as the operation of the run-time SLA:s
• Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in the process of planning, writing, negotiating and maintaining Volvo IT:s agreements including SLA:s. Responsible for establishing the assignment specification document
• Responsible for a professional relationship with the customer, planning and conducting progress report for current agreements and plans for future delivery activities
• Responsible to set-up the delivery structure and maintenance organization i.e. contract internal and external resources, define expected deliverables and principles for delivering and measuring performances, establish the controlling documents that regulate either the use of contracted resources or the production of sub-deliveries (HR Agreements for internal resources, Operational Level Agreements or underpinning contracts with external partners)
• Responsible for establishing the Charter in accordance with SLA specifications and ensuring that it is communicated to all stakeholders involved, after approval from Key Account Manager
• Initiate corrective actions for any kind of deviations (including budget costs) vs agreed delivery commitments and report progress.
• Responsible for a professional relationship with the delivery organizations involved (line managers, assignment leaders, service runtime managers, etc)
• Responsible for planning, organizing, following up and reporting progress for the delivery commitments according to agreements.
• Responsible for using service delivery management best practices and Volvo IT's recommended tools for service delivery execution and management
• Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues by participating in SDM community meetings organized by Maintenance Offices
