We are delivering global IT solutions in the areas of Parts logistics, Retail, Customer Loyalty, Service & Repair and CRM. Our employees work in global teams with all Volvo companies and take on challenging assignments that cover the complete product life cycle, including new development and projects
Within the Parts Logistics area we are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for the SCM (Supply Chain Management) portfolio. As SDM you will be responsible for maintenance services delivery according to the Service Level agreement. This applies to a set of applications as well as related infrastructure deliveries in scope of the SLA. Delivering maintenance services within this area involves resources from different Volvo IT sites/departments as well as non-Volvo IT resources.
The applications in the portfolio are within the Parts Logistics area and the portfolio contains several new global applications that are currently being rolled out globally. Applications in the portfolio are for i.e. SAP (order management, material management, business warehouse) and Warehouse management system (Dlx).
Profile
• You are a self-going driving force with high social competence
• You are service minded with customer focus
• You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view
Qualifications
• Experience from leading staff in a cost-, efficiency- and time target environment
• Work experience as a high level maintenance manager or equivalent
• Long experience of handling deliveries to customers
• Experience from working in a global set up
• Knowledge in the Parts logistics processes
• Preferably SAP knowledge
• General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Communicative team-player
• Leadership skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
