Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating sales of our service portfolio through our dealer network. You will work closely with our dealers to provide guidance, training, and support on our organization's Services products, but also be able to challenge and coach our dealers. You will also be responsible for managing dealer relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards, and optimizing the service dealer network coverage in your geographical area.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include setting targets and developing the performance of our service dealer network, making regular visits to these dealers to identify sales opportunities, and driving part, contract, and other service product sales through Hiab Service dealer network. Additionally, you will create gap analysis for webshop conversion rates, capture rates, and use installed base to drive ProCare contracts in order to develop service sales action plans.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in service sales, dealer management or industrial goods sales. You should be an extrovert and open-minded, curious and eager to develop and have competency in Google applications, including Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
To excel in this position, you need excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, a customer service mindset, a competitive sales mentality, and strong analytical abilities. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "do-er" mentality.
