hela Sverige In this role you will lead the global functional organization with responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the division. Your will manage a team of 15 financial professionals and a total organization with more than 120 employees globally. You will significantly contribute to the growth and profitability of the Division by providing financial leadership and support of a broad range of business activities. You will report to EVP and Head of Global Solutions Division and join the Divisional Management Team. The role is based in Stockholm.
As our SVP and CFO you will support our success by
• Acting strategic advisor to EVP and Head of Global Solutions Division and be a trusted partner of the CFO of ASSA ABLOY AB.
• Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short- and long-term objectives
• Lead and direct the global Finance organization, ensuring continuous development of staff within functions and efficient work processes
• Ensure credibility of the Finance organization by providing timely and accurate analysis of forecasts, budgets and financial trends in the business
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, global consolidations, and reporting within the Group
• Evaluate, improve and oversee the manufacturing costing system
• Establish and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives in order to identify needs and seek the full range of business solutions
• Provide executive management with advice and guidance on financial implications of business activities
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities including cost reduction strategies.

• Hands-on leader, who leads, motivates, mentors, and develops the team worldwide
• Excellent organizational, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a Multinational organization, ideally in subsidiary capacity
• Business oriented team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and values a collaborative, collegial workplace
• Good reasoning ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions
• Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively to achieve desired business results
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and being able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
• Good listening skills and must be able to diplomatically deal with difficult situations
• Be able to make efficient and independent business decisions
• Strong sense of urgency and result-orientation
The skills and experience we are looking fo
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA
• 10+ years in increasingly responsible financial management positions with at least 5 years in a CFO or equvivalent senior Financial role
• Experience leading a global Finance organization
• M&A experience
• Understanding of /experience with cost accounting, transfer pricing and IFRS
