In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be the Test Management Lead for a large change program!
Be responsible for directing and managing program testing activities
Define, own and execute program testing strategy
Provide oversight and direction to supplier testing activities and resources
Define and implement effective test organization setup
Provide linkage between program test approach and legacy testing function
Identify, manage and report risks and issues
Work closely with our colleagues in areas such as architecture, integration and continuous delivery
What is needed in this role:
Excellent knowledge, interest and experience in leading testing for one or more transformation program(s), preferably in the financial sector.
Deep experience of program test management
Experience of working with hybrid-agile test delivery
Hands-on experience as test manager for larger initiatives
Very knowledgeable in the concepts of Continuous Delivery and modern ways of testing, including test automation
Well proven and large experience within Test and/or IT development
Fluency in English, still fluency in Swedish is beneficial
Great communication skills and like to lead, coach and train colleagues and teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
Experience in wealth and asset management experience is beneficial, ideally including experience of working with modern investment platform technologies
