ZTE North Europe has identified the need for a Senior Solution Manager. The relationship with local operators is important for developing solutions for Telecom operator's existing network.
Titel: Senior Solution Manager - one for wireless, one for wireline
Main tasks:
• Follow the international Telecom market, keep track of industry trend and be able to produce analysis of specific topics related to the development of the company's portfolio.
• Support the business development activities for strategic operators and markets.
• Provide consultation to the company's and customer's strategy in marketing and research.
• Prepare and participate in exhibitions and technical seminars, present solutions that support the companies' market messages and selected promotion activities for sales.
• Promote the companies products and solutions and build the brand image
• Prepare presentations for internal and external audience
• Handle Q&A in the technical area
• Follow up technical requirements' and roadmaps of the operators, analyze and suggest a technical strategy.
• Support the sales and after sales in the creation of business models for the operators.
• Organize internal technical training and value argumentation for the company's solutions
• Take an active part in RFI/RFP/RFQ response and lead a team of technical experts
• Participate in clarification and negotiations
• Secure the offered solution after negotiations' until final acceptance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or relevant major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications, preferably in presales or with technical/operational part for an operator
• Genuine understanding of Telecom technologies, like Broadband All-IP solutions or 3GPP R99-R7 and relevant interfaces
• Good presentation skills
• Understand importance of CAPEX and OPEX for operators
