We are looking for a Senior SEM Team Lead to empower our team of SEM specialists.

Some of your responsibilities:
• Work closely with our Team Manager and Product Manager to develop how we work with the team, skills development and SEM delivery
• Be a strategic advisor for our clients
• Hands on optimisation including execution and optimisation of PPC campaigns
• Develop and implement bid, keyword, and targeting strategies for paid media
• Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scale winning tests
• Be an 56K ambassador that attracts new talents

Profil
• Deep experience within SEM
• Hungry to keep up to date with new industry technologies
• Proven experience in executing and communicating sophisticated and successful search media plans and strategies
• Attention to detail and strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Outstanding analytical skills, data-driven approach
• Understanding of where paid search fits in the online and offline marketing mix
• A team player who contributes with ideas and feedback
