We offer you a holistic project manager role where you will lead exciting and sometimes challenging development of new high-end construction products all the way from idea to launching.
You will be part of a great team located at the Husqvarna Construction headquarter in Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg. The position is within our product category 'Concrete Sawing and Drilling' with focus on cutting, sawing and drilling machines for use in construction business.
The projects are mainly cross-functional product development projects, where you are managing several stakeholders within the organization, for example R&D, test/lab, product management and other functions.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the project deliverables regarding time, cost and quality with a clear end customer focus.
Key responsibilities:
Lead exiting product development projects from idea to launch on the market
Mentor junior project managers, driving their professional development.
Implement project management best practices, from a senior leadership view
Identify process improvement opportunities, utilizing your strategic insights
Contribute significantly to the development of the PMO
Who are you?
Are you a dynamic project manager who thrives when facing new challenges, create great team spirit and drives projects for customer success?
In order for you to be successful in this role we see that you have extensive experience in project leadership from a fast paced environment. You have a technical university degree and an interest for technique, people and communication.
We see that you are prestigeless with a collaborative mindset and a structured way of working. You have a strong drive to succeed in your projects, on time, with the right quality and at the right cost. You are curios and enjoy learning new things - and that you share your knowledge with your colleagues. You are used to communicate in English both verbal and in writing.
