Volvo Group Telematics supports the Volvo Group and external customers in the Automotive Car OEM segment, such as BMW and Volvo Cars through the WirelessCar brand.
Main responsibilities
We are looking for several senior project managers for our projects at VGT. Successful applicants will have a broad understanding of complex IT systems with high availability demands in general, and preferably systems with Telamatics characteristics. When working as a project manager at VGT you will need to be able to handle all aspects of managing a project, all the way from coaching in the concept and technology development to managing customer expectations and interaction.
Main competencies required
• You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent training and experience.
• Strong leadership skills
• +10 years of project management experience
• Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships
• Ability to dynamically manage scope, time and delivery
• Good ability to manage cost control using SAP or similar
• Experience in agile development methods
• PMI/PMP Certification and or IS-GDP4IT experience is a plus
