Job description
Huawei seeks senior level Product Line Managers to work with key customers and jointly achieve business goals. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor to achieve the region’s sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, comfortable with challenging status quo and a good problem solver. Combining networking expertise with customer relationship management skills, you become a trusted advisor for our key customers.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving Carrier IP regional product roadmap and solution strategies by working with customers, technical sales and R&D team
• Work directly with customer at the senior management level to articulate Huawei solution’s value add, understand customer’s business driver and technical requirements, and device product/solution strategies improve customer’s bottom line
• Drive and participate in company and industry wide events, raise awareness of Huawei’s solution, generate leads, build customer relationships and strengthen Huawei’s brand
• Responsible for regional product marketing planning, including industry trend analysis, competitive analysis and insertion strategies. Drive marketing campaigns and events.
• Support key accounts by participating in customer architecture design discussions and RFP assistance
• Business travel required in Nordic and CEE countries
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/EE or equivalent, with 8+ years experience in Datacom/Telecom industry.
• Expert level knowledge in at least TWO of the following technical domains and fluency in others: IP Routing, L2 and L3 VPNs, Metro network, Mobile backhaul, Broadband, IPTV and CDN. Familiar with IP network technologies and related advanced technologies such as IPSec, FW/NAT. Datacenter experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in product management, technical marketing, solution marketing or Service Provider operations is a plus
• Strong communications skills, excellent customer presentation, influence and relationship building skills. Track record working with CxO managers is a plus
• Able to work independently, lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive goals to success

You will work in the Nordic and Baltic organization based in Stockholm, Kista.
