hela Sverige IVL/EPD International is looking for aLCA expert with an interest in environmental product declarations (EPD) who wishes to be part of and contributes to the growth of the world's first and longest-running EPD programme. In this newly createdpositionyou will focus on compliance and verification performance of EPDs, which are important cornerstones for creating an attractive market with healthy competition.

Your backgroundTo succeed in the role, you have:
Education and experience:
Master's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operational and quality-focused roles.
A strong understanding of regulations and quality standards (ISO standards etc.).
LCA knowledge practice from previous work experience
Experience from LCA resp EPDverification - an advantage.
Experience in implementing internal processes in companies.
Experience in production facilities - an advantage
Continuous improvement culture and practice from previous work experience.
Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues while working in high-pressure environments.
Include other requirements, such as certifications, customer relations, networks, and any desirable competencies or experience.
Your personal qualitiesSoft skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Ability to comprehend clients' needs and offer clear, proactive, and problem-solving solutions.
Positive and inspirational approach with strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, different stakeholders, and different departments within the company.
Ethics
Demonstrated integrity and adherence to high ethical standards.
Value-driven, with a strong sense of ethics guiding professional conduct.
