Living Design is a multi award winning Stockholm-based creative Interior design consultancy, founded in 1984. The company focus on interior design and execution for the hospitality section within their award-winning projects and furniture design folio. We operate internationally and work with some of the best known global brands to create comprehensive environments with effective commercial purpose. We work with commercial clients as well as investors and other public bodies.
Our studio of talented and inspiring interior designers is currently looking for a new talent. We embrace a multi-disciplinary approach to design and the unique opportunity to work collaboratively with other international consultants.
We are looking for senior designers who are either architects with predominantly interior fit-out/ design experience or interior designers to work on a range of exciting and varied hotel projects. This is a senior appointment and we are looking for people who want to take the next step up in their career and be part of our fantastic team.
It is an absolutely necessary for this job that you have:
• eligibility to work in Sweden and availability to interview shortly
• at least seven years design experience working within hotel design and hospitality discipline
• lead and managed small-sized to medium teams
• experience in managing client relationships
• expertise in Hospitality design
• a proven record of experience completing complex built projects
You must be self-motivated and ambitious, enjoy working in a team and thrive on creative processes.
Applicants must have demonstrably impressive design skills and be highly capable conceptually with a proven ability to communicate design ideas to a range of audiences. You must also have a precise eye and commercial awareness. It is desirable that applicants be proficient and strong AutoCAD knowledge.
