Do you want to make a difference in SEBs digitalization journey and safeguard our organisation and customers against cyber threats? Do you want to be part of a team of six highly competent professionals, to maintain and develop SEBs top position in the cyber security area? We are now looking for a Senior Information Security Officer.
About the job
The position requires you to have a holistic responsibility of information security in SEB, with a collaborative and risk-based approach. Proactivity and business orientation is an important principle we strive to meet, which we believe in the end will create a sound information risk culture. Main part of your work will be to support a dedicated business with your expertise and provide with well-proven practises. We are also driving important strategical initiatives to meet emerging risks and regulatory requirements. These initiatives are often cross organisational and functional. You are also expected to be participating in committees and forums, both internally and externally.
Who are you?
You are a business oriented and experienced subject matter expert, with a strategic mind-set and operational and tactical ability. Being a good communicator is also a necessity to succeed and develop this area of expertise. You understand key trends and developments within technology and information security. You have an inspirational and positive approach and you interact effectively with colleagues on all levels in an organization. You are confident, credible and have the enthusiasm and ability to motivate others. You have a track record of delivering results.
