What you'll do

You will be part of a PX team that works close to the business and our extended PX community to develop, support and influence the business agenda from a People perspective.
As a PX Business Partner within Engineering, you will enable and support key transformational initiatives together with your management team, while fostering cross functional collaboration within the Engineering organization as well as the whole PX organization.

You will be part of a constantly changing and developing function where we adapt and work together as a collaborative team to match needs and opportunities.
In this role you will act as a true business partner to our leaders. With your thorough business understanding and data-oriented approach, you will translate our overall strategy and priorities into sharp people plans and deliver on them. The role includes hands-on deliveries within the areas of leadership development and coaching, culture, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, talent development, labour relations, rehabilitation, and other areas that enable us to deliver a great employee experience and bring out the best in our people.

What you'll bring
You hold a university degree in HR or other equivalent areas with several years of experience working as a business partner, ideally from another complex global organisation. You have a deep understanding of the impact HR has on the growth of the business. You have previous experience with delivering both strategic and operational HR support and have impacted improvements and change across a portfolio of HR services. You are able to support the business on a change management transformation, ensuring improvements that secure the best possible employee experience. You show a desire to build a creative culture across the business, affect change where needed and maintain a positive work environment. We also value your ability to analyze and use data to ensure correct business decisions.
In this role, you need to be a brave leader in order to challenge the status quo (both in HR and your organisation) and be interested in making a true difference while developing yourself and others. That means you are a courageous change maker, who is embracing change while confronting yourself and your surroundings with new input and perspectives from in- and outside the company.

Due to working in an international environment, we require that you have solid English communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who has experience working closely with the management team to focus on organizational design, performance, leadership, and engagement in order to achieve the organization's missions. You are keen to collaborate and can demonstrate courage, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you have a deep understanding and interest in the business and are capable of encouraging innovation and developing the talent journey. Effective communication, self-learning, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential qualities. Furthermore, you excel in strategic thinking and have the capacity to influence the business in areas such as organizational design, people planning, inclusion and belonging, and well-being and safety. Lastly, you are able to take ownership, handle complexity, and translate analytics into actionable business insights and take them forward.
