hela Sverige Systemic Reaction, the creative division that brought you the living worlds of Generation Zero and Second Extinction, is looking for a passionate Senior Game Designer to help drive the design of our upcoming title, Ravenbound (
https://youtu.be/J1nVbDeBMrA). Ravenbound is a challenging new open-world action-roguelite in development for PC, set in a world inspired by Nordic folklore.
The Position
As a Senior Game Designer, it is your job to conceive of new and engaging gameplay content and implement it into Ravenbound using our proprietary engine. You do this by collaborating closely with your fellow designers, artists, animators, programmers, audio designers and the QA team to map out and deliver your ideas from conception to final release. Being intimately familiar with the game, establishing a connection with our players and identifying new trends in the community, will be key to contributing to the game's success.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in a game design role with at least 2 years in live operations
• Experience working on an action combat game
• Proven ability to contribute to releasable gameplay in a production environment
• Experience and confidence in presenting new ideas
• Proven ability to iterate and change gameplay based on feedback
• Proven ability to create viable design solutions on paper
