As Finance Business Partner Controlling you will have full P&L responsibility for logistic sites in Sweden including oversight of month-end close.". The position as Finance Business Partner Controlling you drive efficiency initiatives and create performance-oriented culture within logistic organization. In this diverse and interesting function, you will report directly to the Senior Director Controlling Western Europe Customer Supply Chain Carlsberg. Within the local organization in Falkenberg you are the Finance Business Partner for our Director Customer Supply Chain Sweden.
Responsibilities as Finance Business Partner includes:
Guide logistic management team in using our resources in the most efficient way, provide transparency on major cost pools, draw their attention to performance leaks and risks. Request actions on addressing those areas.
Responsible for financial follow-up on cost saving initiatives and projects
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes
Business cases - drive business case development and approval
Support development of site strategies and initiatives and long- term planning
Manage the team resources. One direct report locally and services received from shared service center in Poland.
Be part of the Western Europe supply chain finance leadership team to move forward the overall supply chain finance agenda.
Part of the extended country finance leadership team, cooperating with commercial colleagues to drive joint priorities

Your profile
You have bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent and at least five years' experience in a similar function. Experience with logistic controlling, standard costing, investment analysis required. We are looking for you who have a high degree of consulting and service expertise and good knowledge within MS Office and SAP. You have excellent English and Swedish language skills.
The role requires not only to be a numbers person, as a big part of the success is understanding underlying business processes and interact on a content level with various functions in customer supply chain. As a person you are strategic, analytical and have excellent implementation abilities. To further develop customer supply chain, it is key to take initiative and be decisive, therewith strengthen further the finance department of our leading Swedish brewery.
