ArbetsuppgifterYou will be at ease working with clients at early stages of a search projects including pre-sales, search strategy, solution design.
In addition, the role requires significant delivery capability, you will be responsible for designing & implementing Enterprise Search solutions.
You will undertake activities on a project-by-project basis, either individually or as part of a larger team och higly motivated and skilled collegues, and projects will vary in duration.
In addition, this role will support our cutomers alliance with Microsoft to provide expert services direct to Microsoft via the virtual technology solution professional (vTSP).
For this position you will be working at the Stockholm office, and some travel within Sweden and Europe may apply.
In this role you will work with both the sales and professional services teams to assist customers in applying unique and best in class Enterprise Search solutions across a variety of industries. Together with your talented collegoues you will:
• Analyse, propose, and design search solutions to fit business requirements, including technical architecture, creating prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Conduct independent analysis of business models, logical specifications, technical environments and/or user needs to design the right business solutions.
• Continue as part of the team and support developing the product and the delivery of the Search platform to meet the business objectives.
• Perform implementation reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
• Guarantee the technical aspects of customer's integration by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
• Evaluate new technological developments and evolving business requirements.
• Understand underlying principles and concepts within the technology.
• Display structured thinking, objectivity in analysing complex relationships and drawing sound inferences.
ProfilYou have minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft search solutions or FAST/Endeca/ Autonomy/Solr.
• Minimum 5 years of diverse experience in architecture, analysis, design and development.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience delivering applications in a technical delivery role.
• Experience of Scrum - Agile methodology.
• Technology: J2EE or .NET.
• MSc/BSc in Computer Science or related field.
You have technical experience in Enterprise Search solutions and one or more of the following areas:
• Collaboration platforms
• Content Management systems
• E-Commerce platforms
• Business Intelligence platforms
You have functional/subject area domain experience in one or more of the following:
• SharePoint
• Collaboration solutions
• Customer facing applications (e-commerce, media, content site, extranet/intranet)
• Financial service applications
• Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing applications
In addition to a thorough knowledge of search applications, you must be:
• Customer focused with a demonstrable interest in each customer's business requirements, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders encompassing user and technical communities through to Senior Management.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills when working with internal and external teams to achieve successful business outcomes. For this position you must be fluent in Swedish.
