We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for a Senior Engagement Owner to join an exciting project across Region Skåne for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing hundreds of existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their 1.3 million citizens and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and improved work environment for healthcare professionals.
Cerner's Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. Our world-leading technology platform aggregates data from multiple sources enabling health and care systems to use this data to identify, score and predict risks, targeting the individual through to population-wide health improvement campaigns and interventions. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.
As a Senior Engagement Owner (Sr EO) you are responsible for the successful delivery of the Population Health solutions and services to clients, the project profitability and overall management. You will be accountable for external client relationships, manage complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes, promote client value via identification of baseline metrics, key performance indicator (KPI) management, and resulting value objectives, and act as an escalation point for client and project risks.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of project management work experience
At least 3 years of financial management work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience
Project Management Professional Certification
Knowledge of and experience working within the healthcare industry
Expectations:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
