About the Role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a team that designs, develops and maintains our speech generating devices. You will focus on the development, implementation, and maintenance of product build, release, manufacturing, and distribution processes. You will support teams in Engineering, Production, Repairs, Product Placement, Technical Support, and Customer Support, ensuring that all areas are aligned and efficient.

In this role, you will:
Manage and maintain mobile device management systems for the company and its partners, ensuring smooth operations and support.
Modify and maintain production system software, focusing on testing strategies and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee hardware utility and support application maintenance, driving continuous improvement.
Lead the development and maintenance of Windows OEM deployments.
Administer Apple Developer, Business Manager, App Store Connect, and Enterprise Developer accounts, supporting both internal teams and external partners.
Provide third-tier product support, offering deep product knowledge and expert troubleshooting to company teams, partners, and customers.
Collaborate with Project and Application Development teams to maintain high product quality standards.
Provide critical issue feedback to the QA Manager, ensuring timely resolution and proper issue tracking.
Assist the QA Manager in enhancing test plans and automated testing processes.
Work closely with project teams to replicate customer issues and use cases for troubleshooting and resolution.
Ensure best practices are followed, with clear documentation and high-quality software delivered on schedule.
Lead projects independently and collaborate effectively with team members to drive results.


What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple engineering and support teams.
Proficiency in C#, Java, PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, SQLite.
Knowledge of iOS, Windows, Android, and web application platforms.
Familiarity with Xcode, Visual Studio, CMake, Azure, AWS, Git, TeamCity, GitHub, and Jira.
Additional Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to develop automated solutions.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Software QA methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Good project management skills, with the ability to monitor workloads and ensure efficient task allocation.
Strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
