Job duties
You will be working in a development team full of experts in various areas of our Nordic Salesforce solution, contributing to ensure that the requirements to Salesforce are being met, both today and in the future. We want to strengthen the Experience Service Cloud, and this will be your primary work area.
As a developer you will work closely with your Product Owner, Tech lead and customers to discuss ideas. Then collaborate with teams from design and implementation perspective.
You will, among other things:
- be responsible for building new features/components,
- present and demo the features for customers and
- handle the lifecycle management from beginning to end.
We are looking for you who have
- A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Service Cloud application development/configuration experience.
- Experience in setting up knowledge base, Embedded Chat, Omni Channel is required.
- Experience in setting up Social Studio or Digital Engagement Channels.
- Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services.
- Good to have experience with Embedded Service SDK for Mobile.
- Hands on experience with Apex programming and Lightning web components coding.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Experience working with business process and development teams to design.
- Experience in writing solution and technical documents.
- Experience working in agile environment.
Since you will be working close with several different stakeholders in an international organization you need to have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage, but not a requirement.
The important thing is that you are a quick learner, have a passion to deliver value and are welcoming new and exciting challenges. We believe that you have experience as a Salesforce developer, and have a structured, analytical and solution minded approach.
