THE ROLE
As a Senior Consumer Insights Consultant at Haypp Group, you will join the Haypp Lab team, our in-house insight division. At Haypp Lab, you'll be part of a successful, forward-thinking, and skilled team, We offer our clients,, actionable insights by leveraging our robust consumer base and knowledge of the category to affect their market strategy, product development and branding. Within your role you will get the opportunity to work with multiple clients, on different markets and various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Execution: Take charge of end-to-end project management, from understanding client objectives to delivering insightful final reports. This encompasses everything from proposal drafting, methodology selection, questionnaire design, to data collection and analysis. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide client decision-making.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage relationships with other internal departments: CRM, Customer Service, Category management, after-sales.
Continuously building and developing our consumer insights offer.
Support internal departments in their insights needs by conducting specific projects that help the growth of Haypp Group as a business.

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
Experience from hands-on quantitative research. Ex. setting up surveys, analysing data and visualising/presenting insights.
Experience of client management - Relationship building, offer strategic guidance and up-sell.
Understanding of latest and greatest within market/consumer research.
Solid presentation skills
Fluency in Swedish & English

Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest
Experience of e-com
Advanced insights methods such as conjoint analysis
Skills in programs for data analysis, such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python or others.
