hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Adobe Systems Nordic Aktiebolag i Stockholm You'll be working on large scale implementation projects, but also providing technical and business consulting to aid the adoption and expansion of Adobe Campaign within client organisations, with a strong focus on business outcomes. You'll work with a large team of Consultants and offshore delivery resources who will support in delivering your solutions, in addition to our Sales team, who will call on your expertise for opportunities with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
• Be an expert in Adobe Campaign and the Marketing Cloud as a whole, presenting high level views of its capabilities and designing solutions leveraging standard functionality, custom developments and integrations
• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organisations
• Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
• Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting services
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
• Collaborate effectively with on and offshore delivery resources, as well as owning some advanced or custom development activities
• Liaising and co-ordinating with Adobe Campaign partners to ensure optimal delivery of services to clients
• Ensure professional delivery of solutions by working closely with QA team
• Take the initiative to constantly improve your knowledge and expertise; keeping up with the fast pace of change at Adobe
• Be a senior member of the Consulting team. Be opinionated, input into process improvement, set high standards in all areas of your work and provide leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate is a Marketing Technologist with strong development experience who is a clear communicator, highly credible as a Consultant, is confident working in strategic environments and enjoys finding technical solutions to business challenges.
Skills and Experience
• Extensive experience of development or professional services in an enterprise software company or consultancy.
• Industry experience in CRM / multichannel direct marketing and associated technologies, ideally on large scale global multi-channel solutions
• Experience of project management methodologies: PRINCE2 (Waterfall), Agile (Scrum/ Kanban)
• Knowledge of Architectural concepts - design patterns, database design, service oriented solutions
• Good technical writing skills for documentation and scoping, defining and managing work packages
• Excellent strategic & technical thinking, able to communicate with technical, marketing and business stakeholders
• Highly experienced in leading customer facing discussions, managing and eliminating ambiguity and quickly making complex decisions
• Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, delivering to tight deadlines
• Previous experience of Adobe Campaign / Neolane is an advantage
• You are a self-motivated individual, presentable to blue chip clients, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.
• You will have demonstrable experience in the following technical disciplines:
Essential
• RDBMS & SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle)
• Scripting/Programming (JavaScript or other)
• XML / HTML / CSS and web technologies
• WebServices - SOAP and REST APIs
• Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, HTTPS, data encryption
• Desirable
• iOS/android development
• Linux and Windows Server
