We are looking for a controller to join our Finance department in the Business Performance Management (BPM) team with an analytical, business oriented and engaging personality. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
In the role as a Senior Business controller, you will have a key position and play an important role in how we plan, transform and modernize the financial processes and organization in line with the overall company strategy. You will be dedicated to drive key financial projects and be excluded from general business controller processes as much as possible.
Your overall responsibilities will be:
* Drive the financial evaluation in key projects, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcome
* Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place to support business areas in key projects
* Develop and monitor financial performance indicators related to e.g., operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
* Facilitate collaboration across departments, to ensure that financial and operational strategies are cohesive and aligned with the company's overall strategy
You will act as a business partner with a business focus towards stakeholders in our organization. You will report directly to the Head of BPM. You will have the chance to work in an exciting environment and be a part of influencing Telenor Sweden's journey!
Who are you

Your background:
* University degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant area
* Solutions focused with strong listening, influencing and decision-making skills
* Reliable, able to work independently and a high level of integrity
* Proven track record of leadership and project management
* In dept knowledge of common financial processes
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
