Please observe, this position is based in Stockholm Sweden. To apply you need to have a work permit and living arrangements set up in Sweden as well as the ability to speak both Swedish and English.
Role description
This position is part of the IT organization were you will serve as Business analyst working with ERP system M3 in order to improve key business processes. As a Business analyst/Application Expert you will be responsible for translating the business needs into efficient solutions in strategic business systems, mainly within M3. You will be identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the change, capturing and documenting requirements and make the configuration in M3.
You will work closely with the business in small and large projects and take an active role in implementation and integration projects within IT. You will also act as an expert and ambassador of the global strategic IT business tools at Elekta. In your international role you will work with global IT and business key users and other key stakeholders in the business.
Examples of of areas of responsibility:
Business process analysis in order to enhance the benefits from using the M3 application within Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Planning
Design and configuration of the M3 applications
Documentation and end user training of agreed solutions
Act as an key resource in ERP related projects.
Who are you?
You have proven ability to implement ERP systems and experience from M3. You probably work as an ERP M3 consultant, business consultant, business analyst, application expert or equivalent today . For this position a Bachelor's degree is required and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.
Your contribution to business improvement is crucial. The ERP system drives business value and delivers continuous process improvements. You like change. You can see the goal and you want to be part of the process getting there. You are used to lead change and deliver results. You are a problem solver who finds alternative solutions to various problems.
You will be working in a corporate environment where international cooperation is your everyday life. It is important that you are perceptive as a person and have the ability to communicate effectively and adapt easily to different cultures.
