Senior Agile Coach
The Program and Project Management Services (PPS) Team, is responsible for providing best in class processes, methods and tools for IT Programs and Projects.
We focus on agile ways of working and are searching for an experienced Agile Lead with software development experience. Our Projects range from basic platform enhancements to complex enterprise product implementations and upgrades.
We are a team of 20 true project professionals. We support projects in all sizes and/or colors if it is waterfall, agile or a hybrid does not matter we support them all.
Your main responsibilities
* Coach and sometimes drive the Agile-driven segments of cross-functional projects
* In reference to Agile best practices and learnings, improve our frameworks
* Together with the team develop our Center of Excellence and Community of Practice for our Agile journey
* Perform trainings
Experience Required
* +10 years IT experience from Project and Software Development
* Collaborative and have the ability to engage
* Seeks and provides honest, transparent feedback
* Hands-on experience as Agile coach/Project manager
* Strong coaching, communication and facilitation skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Education Required
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 6-Sigma (DMAIC and DFSS) or equivalent
* Agile Certifications
